Job Responsibilites:
- Calling survey to the customers regarding the aftersales services.
- Follow up for the Customer Complains.
- Maintain Reports and records of the complains.
- Analysis of Customer Complains and Follow up with the concerned Departments.
- Tracking and Checking of Customers Feedback and Complains through social media Posts.
Experience Must Required.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
