Female Call Center Representative (Outbound Sales – UAE Market)

We are hiring experienced female call center representatives for an onsite outbound sales role in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves calling UAE-based businesses, generating leads, and offering digital marketing services. Candidates must have good English communication skills and prior sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses in the UAE
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Present digital marketing services including social media, SEO, web development, and mobile apps
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested prospects and manage callbacks
• Schedule meetings with the manager
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Strong speaking and convincing skills
• Target-driven and professional attitude
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Johar Town, Lahore
