We are a private fitness studio located in Dubai Marina, specializing in high-end body transformations.

Role Description

You will be responsible for managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, professional, and high-end experience at all times.
The role includes handling bookings and schedules, welcoming clients, managing enquiries in person, by phone, and online, and supporting the coaching team with daily studio operations.

You will help maintain an organized, efficient, and calm studio environment, ensure client records and basic administrative tasks are kept up to date, and assist with client communication, follow-ups, and general coordination.

Building strong, professional relationships with clients and contributing to an exceptional studio experience are central to this position.

Role Description
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the studio to the highest standards. This includes cleaning training areas, reception, bathrooms, changing areas, and staff spaces, ensuring the environment is always safe, fresh, and welcoming for clients and staff.

You will support daily studio operations by following cleaning schedules, restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Attention to detail and consistency are essential, as cleanliness is a key part of the premium client experience.

Contributing to a calm, organized, and professional environment is central to this position.

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum English level B1 or above (spoken and written)
Currently living in Dubai
Previous experience in a cleaner, housekeeping, or facilities role, preferably in a gym, wellness, hospitality, or luxury environment
Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules consistently
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
