Our company Single Call BPO is a call center actively looking for candidates having Good Communication Skills to join our U.S based campaign. You will have a pivotal role in maintaining the precision and excellence of our productions.

The preferred applicant should possess extensive experience in call center operations,

Your meticulous attention to detail and adept communication skills make you highly effective at convincing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and confirm customer-provided information
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Ensure all data is accurate and meets compliance standards
• Provide excellent customer service by handling questions or concerns
• Keep clear and accurate records of all verification steps
• Follow company procedures to maintain quality and consistency
• Share your ideas to help improve our process — your feedback matters!

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in verification or a related field.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy to spot errors and discrepancies.
