Female Customer Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding service/product inquiries
  • Communicate with customers professionally via phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field teams for pickup/delivery services
  • Maintain and update customer databases accurately
  • Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment records
  • Use Google Maps to identify customer locations and assist field teams
  • Continuously update product and service knowledge
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support sales efforts by engaging customers and promoting services when required

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Patience and confidence while dealing with customers
  • Good sales and customer handling skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software and data entry systems
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, phone handling, and Google Maps
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Previous experience in a delivery company or call center will be preferred
