Female Customer Success Agent (Night Shift)

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Agent to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, chat, or calls to address inquiries and concerns
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful service delivery
• Build long-term relationships with customers and improve retention

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively during night shift hours
• Previous experience in customer service or customer success is preferred
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
