Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You will provide essential support to our teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk duties: greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling emails.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with team members to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Help maintain office organization and supplies.
• Support in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist in basic social media content tracking or posting under supervision.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply!).
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Organized, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided!
