Female Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information about company services and products
  • Assist clients with account-related issues and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain proper client records and communication logs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical or account-related matters
  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication style
  • Support sales and onboarding process when required

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Good command of English & Hindi
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and live chat tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
