Female Customer Support Representative (Call Agent)

We are seeking a female Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
