The Female Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand, events, and services. She will handle social media channels, digital advertising, website updates, and content creation to ensure maximum online visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure high ROI and lead generation.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance online customer engagement.
- Content Creation & Branding
- Develop creative content including posts, stories, videos, and promotional materials aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and the events team for marketing visuals.
- Website & SEO Management
- Update website content, event pages, and blogs regularly.
- Improve search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Email & Influencer Marketing
- Design and send email marketing campaigns for upcoming events and promotions.
- Collaborate with influencers or media partners to enhance brand reach.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the event or media industry).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
