Job Summary:
The E-Pharmacy Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with medicine orders, explain product details, promote offers, and ensure smooth order processing. The role requires strong communication skills, medical product knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for medicine refill reminders, order follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle inbound queries regarding prescriptions, product availability, pricing, and offers.
- Assist customers in placing online orders through the e-pharmacy platform.
- Verify prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacists for approval when required.
- Inform customers about dosage, basic medicine category information, and usage guidelines (non-medical advice).
- Maintain accurate call logs, order details, and customer records in CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding delivery, payments, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant healthcare products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or e-pharmacy environment.
- Basic understanding of medicines, OTC products, and healthcare terms.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in medical store, pharmacy, or BPO healthcare process.
- Language skills: English, Hindi, or regional languages depending on location.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
