About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic European Recruiter (Fresher) to join our client’s team in the real estate sector. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition while gaining exposure to Dubai’s fast-paced real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the real estate sector (brokers, sales agents, marketing, admin, etc.).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from European and international markets.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in Italian, German, and English to match them with the right opportunities.
• Prepare job postings, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain recruitment records, and weekly reports.
• Collaborate closely with management and HR to identify staffing needs specific to real estate operations and sales growth.
• Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional representation of the company and its real estate projects.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate.
• Strong language skills in Italian, German, and English (fluency in at least two preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Interest in working in the real estate industry with high-growth potential.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of recruitment platforms is a plus.
