Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and empathetic female fresh graduates to join our Patient Success team. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth patient journey, providing support, and improving patient satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
You will act as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring patients understand their treatment, receive timely assistance, and stay engaged throughout their care process.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via calls, chat, or email to provide support and guidance
- Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, products, or services
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments (billing, operations, medical team)
- Ensure timely delivery / service updates to patients
- Educate patients in a clear, calm, and supportive manner
- Build long-term relationships to improve patient retention and trust
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (any field – Medical, Business, or Social Sciences preferred)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior internship or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
