Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and empathetic female fresh graduates to join our Patient Success team. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth patient journey, providing support, and improving patient satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

You will act as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring patients understand their treatment, receive timely assistance, and stay engaged throughout their care process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients via calls, chat, or email to provide support and guidance
  • Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, products, or services
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments (billing, operations, medical team)
  • Ensure timely delivery / service updates to patients
  • Educate patients in a clear, calm, and supportive manner
  • Build long-term relationships to improve patient retention and trust

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field – Medical, Business, or Social Sciences preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior internship or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
