Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic female fresh graduates for the role of Patient Success Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for patients by providing timely support, guidance, and follow-ups throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients via calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner
- Guide patients regarding services, processes, and product usage
- Ensure timely follow-ups with patients to maintain satisfaction and engagement
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient issues
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems
- Monitor patient feedback and report insights for service improvement
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field – preference for Business, Healthcare, or Communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to work in evening/night shifts (if required)
