We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Female Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide exceptional service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming environment while handling administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist clients and visitors with inquiries, providing accurate information about the organization’s services.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage and maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),Canva and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
