Grand Millennium Hotel is a leading name in hospitality, known for its luxury, comfort, and exceptional guest service. We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Female Front Desk Receptionist to join our professional team and be the welcoming face of our hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage room reservations and maintain guest records accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and politely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, reservation software experience is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Must be presentable, punctual, and professional at all times.
