About the Role

We are hiring a professional and well-presented Female House helper for a private villa in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent housekeeping skills, and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels

Guest Greeting & Hospitality

• Welcome guests in a warm, polite, and professional manner
• Serve refreshments such as tea, coffee, and water when required
• Maintain a friendly and service-oriented attitude
• Assist guests with basic needs to ensure comfort and satisfaction

General Support

• Assist with basic kitchen preparation if required
• Run small errands as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Tagalog speaker (mandatory)
• Proven experience in housekeeping within hospitality, hotel, or private villa environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
• Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules

Working Conditions

• Full-time role (live-in or live-out depending on arrangement)
• Flexible working hours, including weekends if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
