The Female Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are maintained throughout the gym facilities, including workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, reception, and other common areas. She will monitor daily operations, inspect cleanliness, and manage housekeeping staff schedules and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure all areas of the gym (locker rooms, showers, equipment zones, reception, offices) are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Monitor the proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleaning standards and hygiene protocols are consistently met.
- Assign tasks, prepare work schedules, and ensure staff are following proper procedures.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies and toiletries, and request restocking when needed.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with gym policies.
- Handle member complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
- Support in training staff on proper hygiene, cleaning techniques, and safety practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Female candidate (as required for supervising female-only areas).
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in gyms, hotels, or health clubs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Physically fit to carry out inspection rounds and assist when necessary.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
