Female HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in driving people-first initiatives and strengthening organizational culture. This internship offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions, making it a great stepping stone for anyone looking to launch a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with talent acquisition tasks including drafting job posts, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and tracking applicant progress.
• Participate in on boarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR documentation such as employee records, contracts, and organizational charts.
• Provide Support in monitoring attendance Of Employees
• Help ensure all HR operations are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
• Perform general administrative task related to HR Operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong sense of confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team.
• Ability to Commute is a must( Location E-11)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
