HR Intern

DynamoLogic Solutions is seeking a talented and driven HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid opportunity that offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

 Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.

 Help onboard new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees

are introduced to our company culture.

 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

 Handle basic HR queries and provide support to employees as needed.

 Aid in performance management tasks, including data collection and report generation.

 Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

 Collaborate with the designer to manage the company’s social media pages.

Requirements

 Graduate of a reputable university with majors in HR, Psychology, Business

Administration or a related field

 Basic know-how of HR practices and social media usage.

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
