We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of the HR function at Provox Global Solutions. This role requires a strong HR professional who can work independently, lead HR operations, and provide strategic support to leadership. The individual will manage the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including JD creation, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll support, and compliance.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Partner with leadership and clients for HR onboarding, coordination, and communication.
- Drive performance management system, including KPIs, reviews, and appraisals.
- Support compensation and benefits planning to ensure competitiveness.
- Provide HR analytics and reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT, BPO, or professional services.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance in Pakistan.
