The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the overall human resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies, maintains employee records, and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlisting of candidates
- Facilitate onboarding process including documentation and orientation of new hires
Employee Records & HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems/CRM
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and employee files
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality records
- Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented across all departments
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Support in developing and updating HR policies as required
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances professionally
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives
5. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process
- Coordinate with managers for performance reviews and feedback
- Maintain records of employee evaluations and development plans
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and HR activities
- Support audits and internal compliance checks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Office Timings : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
Office Lation : DHA Phase 8
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
