FEMALE KITCHEN COMMIS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per recipes and instructions
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Help with basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Store food items properly and assist with stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Support senior chefs during service and food production
  • Comply with company policies, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
