Job Description

We are currently seeking a Female Leasing Agent with a legal background to join our growing real estate team. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, confident communicators, and interested in building a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Freshers are welcome to apply, particularly those with a legal education or background who are motivated to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries for residential properties (apartments and villas)
• Coordinate with tenants regarding leasing terms, renewals, and documentation
• Prepare, review, and organize leasing contracts and legal documents
• Liaise with internal legal and management teams
• Assist in resolving tenant-related issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records of tenant files, contracts, and leasing status
• Communicate effectively with clients in Arabic and English
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Educational background in Law / Legal Studies / Legal Administration preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Professional attitude and appearance
