Hiring: 50 Real Estate Agents (Secondary & Off-Plan)

SRJ Real Estate L.L.C is expanding aggressively and is looking to hire 50 experienced Real Estate Agents with minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience. We are seeking motivated closers who can handle fresh leads, manage clients professionally, and close deals consistently in the secondary, off-plan, and leasing markets.

Compensation Structure Option 1 – Fixed Salary + Incentives

And Salary will be discussed during the interview

Commission Structure:

• 30% commission on Off-Plan transactions
• 30% commission on Secondary (Resale) transactions
• 40% commission on Leasing transactions

Performance-Based Bonuses:

• AED 5,000 bonus for closing one deal above AED 10 million
• AED 15,000 bonus for achieving AED 20 million total monthly sales
• AED 20,000 bonus for achieving AED 30 million total monthly sales
• AED 5,000 bonus for closing three (3) resale or off-plan deals within one calendar month

Option 2 – Commission-Only Model (50% – 50%)

• No fixed monthly salary
• 50% share of total commission on all closed transactions:
• Off-Plan
• Secondary (Resale)
• Leasing

Performance-Based Bonuses:
Same bonus structure as Option 1, including:

• High-value deal bonuses
• Monthly sales milestone bonuses
• AED 5,000 bonus for closing three (3) resale or off-plan deals in one calendar month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle fresh company-provided leads and convert them into sales
• Manage secondary market and off-plan transactions
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Update and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems
• Provide professional after-sales support to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai secondary & off-plan market
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to manage clients independently
• Professional communication and client-handling skills
• RERA certification preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
