We are hiring a Female Legal Assistant for a long-term, stable role in our legal team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, strong legal observation skills, and the ability to support day-to-day legal operations with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist lawyers in drafting, formatting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents (agreements, notices, affidavits, petitions, compliance documents, etc.)
- Maintain and manage case files, client records, document checklists, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, updates, and basic queries (professional communication required)
- Support in legal research, summarising case points, preparing notes and timelines
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and proper filing (digital + physical)
- Track deadlines, hearings, and internal tasks; maintain reminders and status reports
- Handle confidential data responsibly and follow internal legal process protocols
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Strong legal observation & attention to detail (spotting errors, missing clauses, wrong dates/names, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of legal documentation and office work processes
- Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs, Excel, email drafting
- Professional behaviour, discipline, and confidentiality
- Graduation required (Law preferred)
- 0–3 years experience accepted (training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Prior experience in a law firm/legal office is a plus
- Long-term work commitment is compulsory.
