Female - Locum Registered Nurse (MOH)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Locum Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, on-demand clinical care across various healthcare environments. This role involves assisting physicians during home or on-site visits, performing essential nursing duties, and supporting safe and efficient patient care in a mobile or temporary setting.
Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-focused, and able to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during home visits, site consultations, or temporary facility assignments.
• Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in line with clinical standards.
• Support physicians during minor procedures while ensuring strict infection control compliance.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation (including EMR systems when applicable).
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, aftercare, and required follow-up.
• Ensure medical kits and nursing equipment are fully stocked and ready for use.
• Uphold patient safety, privacy, and professional nursing standards at all times.
• Adapt quickly to new work environments, workflows, and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid MOH Licence or MOH Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
• UAE freshers with MOH eligibility are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in locum assignments, mobile healthcare, home-care, or community-based nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
