Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Incharge Midwife / Midwife Nurse to lead and support maternity care services in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will oversee the labor and delivery unit, provide high-quality maternal and neonatal care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise midwifery staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
• Assist and manage normal deliveries and support obstetricians during high-risk cases.
• Develop duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and monitor staff performance.
• Implement and monitor clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Handle patient admissions, assessments, documentation, and discharge processes.
• Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
• Coordinate with obstetrics, pediatrics, and other relevant departments.
• Participate in training, continuous education, and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Midwifery (valid UAE license or eligibility: MOH/DHA/DOH).
• Minimum 5–7 years of clinical midwifery experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or incharge role.
• Strong knowledge of maternity care, labor management, and neonatal protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and emergency situations.
