Job Summary

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Female MBBS Medical Officer to join our primary healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counselling, in line with approved clinical protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications safely, responsibly, and in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic investigations
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical records
• Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention, maternal health, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Participate in immunization programs and preventive healthcare initiatives
• Refer patients to specialists or higher-level healthcare facilities when required
• Work collaboratively with nursing, pharmacy, and support staff
• Stay updated with current medical guidelines, best practices, and advancements

Requirements

• Qualification: MBBS with a valid PMDC license
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post–house job clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to community-based and patient-centered healthcare
