Position Overview

ZMT Clinic is seeking a Female Nurse – Daycare (Clinical Practice) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and empathetic nursing professional responsible for delivering direct patient care, supporting daycare clinical procedures, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical clinical experience while contributing to ZMT’s mission of community-focused healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the daycare unit under the supervision of senior nursing staff and physicians.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, IV cannulation, and injectable therapies.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens (e.g., blood, urine).
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes to the provider.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Support patient assessments and assist in minor clinical procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding care instructions, discharge plans, and home-based treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and coordinated care.
• Uphold ZMT’s standards of compassionate, patient-centered service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
• Experience: 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in daycare, outpatient, or primary care settings.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
