Home Care Nurse

We are urgently looking for Home Care Nurse for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care at home according to prescribed care plans.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support).
• Administer basic nursing care such as vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, wound dressing, and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
• Support elderly, disabled, or post-operative patients in routine activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members to ensure proper care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Follow infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and inform concerned persons immediately.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing Assistant / CNA or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, and first aid.
• Experience in home care or hospital/clinical setup (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Site Area

Salary: 50k-60k
