Home Care Nursing Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Male / Female Nurses to provide 24/7 care for elderly patients in a home environment. The ideal candidate must be qualified in nursing with experience in elder care, administering drips, injections, and medication on schedule. This role requires staying at the patient’s residence to ensure round-the-clock assistance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer drips and injections as per doctor’s prescriptions
• Provide timely medication and monitor dosage
• Assist with basic mobility and ensure patient comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report any health changes to family and doctors
• Assist with daily hygiene and maintain patient cleanliness
• Support with patient’s dietary needs, as advised by the doctor
• Coordinate with medical professionals as needed for patient care updates

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, preferably with a specialization in elder care or home care
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in elder care
• Proficiency in administering IV drips and injections
• Good understanding of geriatric care and patient safety
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful in handling elderly patients
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with family and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nurse with a background in medical care
• Willingness to stay at the residence full-time to provide round-the-clock care
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a home setting
• Good physical stamina and attentiveness to manage a patient’s daily needs
