International Recruiter

Location: Onsite – DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Compensation: PKR 100,000 to 120,000/month + attractive commission

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified registered nurses from around the world for placement in U.S. hospitals and healthcare facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment who is passionate about connecting global talent with American healthcare employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified nurses through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and readiness for U.S. placement.
• Guide candidates through licensing, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with U.S. partner hospitals and clients to understand staffing needs and placement timelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth placements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in U.S. recruitment, preferably within healthcare or nurse placement.
• Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, compliance, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms.
• Must be willing to work onsite during U.S. business hours (6 PM – 3 AM PST).
