FEMALE NURSING STAFF

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Nursing Staff member to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth nursing operations in OPD, IPD, and OT areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound dressing
• Assist doctors during OPD rounds, ward rounds, and minor procedures
• Maintain nursing records, treatment charts, and patient documentation
• Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Assist in OT preparation and post-OT recovery care (if assigned)
• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Educate patients and attendants regarding care, medication, and follow-up
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies

Eligibility & Qualifications

• GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Experience: Fresher or experienced (hospital experience preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate, disciplined, and team-oriented
