looking for female Arabic Secretary to work in Real Estate office. preferably on husband’s sponsorship and currently residing in the Al Majaz area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Must be on husband’s visa/sponsorship
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good command of computer skills and data entry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records of office expenses and tenant information
  • Coordinate with tenants for rent collection and maintenance requests
  • Assist the Manager in day-to-day office operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence
  • Enter and update data related to property listings, tenancy contracts, Ejari, etc.
  • Ensure smooth office administration and documentation processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
