Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct calls promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Handle emails, couriers, and mail.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to departments.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Address client inquiries or direct them to the right department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (real estate?developer experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluent in English; additional language preferred.
  • Must have a car and be willing to work in Sharjah.
