Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, focused on providing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the product/service value.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to position the company's offerings effectively.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Arab Females only
  • Proven experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Representative, Account Executive, Sales Associate).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling abilities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to handle multiple accounts and priorities.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and modern sales techniques (e.g., social selling).
