About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive full-time "Female Patient Coordinator" to join our multi-specialty clinic. She will act as the main liaison between patients and the medical team, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. The role includes converting marketing leads into patients, answering enquiries, managing appointments, and coordinating treatments and/or surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Enquiries

  • Respond promptly to leads generated through clinic marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media).
  • Convert enquiries into booked appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding patient needs and offering suitable services.
  • Comfortable to work with CRM.

2. Patient Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to manage schedules and patient flow.
  • Ensure patients clearly understand their treatment plans, preparation requirements, and follow-up steps.
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

3. Appointment & Treatment Management

  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments based on doctor availability and patient needs.
  • Prepare daily patient rosters and ensure smooth transitions between consultations and procedures.
  • Monitor patient journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic’s EMR system.

4. Administrative Support

  • Assist with front desk duties during peak times.
  • Support the clinic in maintaining high standards of service and patient satisfaction.
  • Generate reports related to enquiries, conversions, and patient feedback when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Ability to confidently handle patient enquiries and convert leads effectively.
  • Professional, warm, and patient-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Medical workflow.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Clinic/Hospital Sales: 1 year (Required)
