About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive full-time "Female Patient Coordinator" to join our multi-specialty clinic. She will act as the main liaison between patients and the medical team, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. The role includes converting marketing leads into patients, answering enquiries, managing appointments, and coordinating treatments and/or surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Enquiries
- Respond promptly to leads generated through clinic marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media).
- Convert enquiries into booked appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding patient needs and offering suitable services.
- Comfortable to work with CRM.
2. Patient Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to manage schedules and patient flow.
- Ensure patients clearly understand their treatment plans, preparation requirements, and follow-up steps.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
3. Appointment & Treatment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments based on doctor availability and patient needs.
- Prepare daily patient rosters and ensure smooth transitions between consultations and procedures.
- Monitor patient journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic’s EMR system.
4. Administrative Support
- Assist with front desk duties during peak times.
- Support the clinic in maintaining high standards of service and patient satisfaction.
- Generate reports related to enquiries, conversions, and patient feedback when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
- Ability to confidently handle patient enquiries and convert leads effectively.
- Professional, warm, and patient-centered approach.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medical workflow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to join immediately.
