We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Business Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
