Female Personal Assistant

  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Business Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support business operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
