About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsible, organized, and professional individual to join as a Personal Assistant and Studio Supervisor with Driving License
This role combines studio management, administration, and executive support. You will work closely with the Founder/Manager and play an important role in ensuring that the studio operates smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and creative environment for students and parents.
This position requires confidentiality, professionalism, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Support Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop the Managing Director from home to the studio using the company vehicle
- Remain at the studio during working hours to assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Drop the Managing Director back home and return the vehicle to the studio
- Drive to meetings, appointments, or other locations as required during the week
- Support daily studio operations, including coordinating and supervising staff when needed
- Ensure proper care and responsible use of the company vehicle (rented), strictly for official studio-related purposes only
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily studio operations including art and music classes
- Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, students, and parents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Monitor art supplies and coordinate restocking when needed
- Support a positive and professional atmosphere within the studio
Administration
- Handle administrative work, documentation, and studio records
- Manage schedules, class coordination, and internal communication
- Assist with paperwork and general office organization
Team & Client Support
- Supervise classes and assist teachers when required
- Train staff on professional conduct, presentation, and workplace standards
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Welcome parents and offer tea/coffee while promoting the studio art café drinks
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted assistant to the Founder/Manager
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Represent the Founder/Manager in meetings when required
- Support decision-making processes and studio management tasks
- Assist with meetings or tasks outside the studio when required
- Travel with the Founder/Manager within or outside the country when necessary
Media & Studio Support
- Assist with basic video editing and studio media content when needed
- Support creative and promotional activities for the studio
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a creative studio environment
- Administrative or coordination experience preferred
- Basic media or video editing skills

Working Hours
- Sunday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monday: 9:15 AM – 7:30 PM If classes cancelled then normal timing (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
