Position Overview:
We are seeking a Female Physiotherapist Technician to assist in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and physiotherapy services under the supervision of licensed physiotherapists. The ideal candidate will be caring, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Prepare patients for therapy sessions and ensure their comfort and safety during treatment.
- Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises.
- Operate and maintain physiotherapy equipment and modalities as directed.
- Monitor and record patients’ responses to treatment and report progress to supervising physiotherapist.
- Support in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on basic home exercises and preventive care, under guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the physiotherapy area.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certification in Physiotherapy Technician or Physical Therapy Assistant from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-training clinical experience (experience in a primary healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred).
- Knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, modalities, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient well-being.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in community or primary healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with basic physiotherapy equipment and maintenance.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and assist with administrative tasks.
