Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the campus.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and student well-being.
• Develop effective communication with teachers, students, and parents.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and co-curricular activities.
• Manage campus accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Motivate and lead the staff to achieve academic and institutional goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Education/Management/Relevant Field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership/academic management role.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English/Urdu.
• Good knowledge of accounts and financial management.
• A pleasant and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and maintain discipline among staff and students.
