Product Manager ( Executive Level)

We are seeking an innovative and driven Product Manager

to lead the development and enhancement of Bayut’s real estate technology solutions for the KSA market.

This role focuses on creating scalable, user-friendly products that drive adoption, improve customer experience, and support our rapid business expansion. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, sales teams, and technology, ensuring alignment between market needs and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver product features on time and within scope.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within tech, SaaS, or real estate. -

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch. - Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Hands-on experience with project management and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Figma). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple geographies is a plus. - Flexibility to travel across KSA when required.
