Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our Agri Biomass project in Gilgit Baltistan. This role involves leading sourcing operations, managing quality control, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise biomass sourcing activities in the region.
• Manage and train field staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure quality and sustainability standards are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Monitor and report project progress to management.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in agriculture or biomass projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Location: Gilgit Baltistan

Timings: Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
