Branch Manager-Wapda Town

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. This role involves team leadership, business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.
  • Lead, motivate, and train branch staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare branch performance reports.
  • Forecast branch budget and control operational costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local community.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
