Sales Manager – Process Control Automation & Instrumentation

Lahore, Pakistan

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Lahore branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process control automation and instrumentation, a proven managerial track record, and deep familiarity with leading global brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, manage, and motivate the Lahore sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and customer base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

· Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

· Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients.

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

· Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Minimum 7 years of experience in Process Control Automation & Instrumentation.

· At least 3 years in a managerial role handling sales teams.

· Strong knowledge and experience with brands like E+H, Emerson, Yokogawa, Vega.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the industrial automation sector.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or related field.
