Female Property Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong network of clients and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide personalized and effective property solutions.
• Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, property values, new developments, and government regulations (RERA).
• Negotiation: Expertly handle all negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the wider team to share market insights and opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of solid experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market is essential.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key Dubai areas, including both Freehold and Non-Freehold zones.
• Sales Acumen: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
