About Us:

We are a growing pharmaceutical organization having presence PAN India in the pediatric segment. We’re looking for a passionate Purchase Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and send Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors via Email.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure fast and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain proper and accurate documentation for all purchase activities.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and favorable terms for the company.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills to obtain best pricing.
• Preferred experience in Purchase, especially in PCD Pharma.
