Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing In charge to join our team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Center. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality products and services for our wellness and medical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with the center’s goals.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring the best quality and pricing.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including evaluating performance.
• Oversee the procurement of medical and wellness supplies, equipment, and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, Must in the wellness or medical field.
• Strong knowledge of wellness and medical products, equipment, and supplies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Previous 2 experience in the UAE or familiarity with local market trends.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
