Danf Group of Companies, a leading organization in Real Estate, Property Development, and Contracting, is looking for a dynamic and organized Female Office Administrator to join our team.

  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and management.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for projects and real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and contracts.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
  • Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative duties.
  • Drafting tenancy contracts, property management contracts, and MOUs.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA rules for owners and tenants.
  • Liaising with landlords to discuss and negotiate rental offers.
  • Coordinating with developers/owners for snagging lists and handover processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, preferably in real estate, development or contracting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
